About the Role:

GlobalLogic is looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join its product support team. The role focuses on K2 Management, business process automation, and seamless integration across Microsoft platforms. You will be responsible for building, configuring, and troubleshooting K2 environments while working with technologies like Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and CRM/ERP platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy business process automation solutions using K2 Five and/or K2 Cloud.
  • Configure and troubleshoot K2 Identity Synchronization, Security Labels, Roles, and Claims-based Authentication.
  • Develop and maintain K2 SmartForms, SmartObject, Views, Workflows, and Service Brokers.
  • Integrate workflows with external systems such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Active Directory, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise CRM/ERP systems.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot workflow performance, runtime issues, and deployment problems.
  • Maintain and upgrade K2 environments, including applying Fix Packs and Service Updates.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production, and post-deployment troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Document technical solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases and customer-facing resources.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through email, ticketing systems, and remote support sessions.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support or product support roles.
  • Strong expertise in business process automation (K2 Five/K2 Cloud).
  • Solid hands-on experience with Active Directory, networking, and SQL Server.
  • Proven ability to integrate K2 workflows with SharePoint, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with tools like SmartObject Service Tester and K2 Management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to document solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources.
